How may we help you?

Overview
This guide will help you log into Salesforce using the Salesforce mobile app with the Duo Single Sign-On (SSO) service. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth login experience.

Step 1: Open the Salesforce Mobile App

  • Download the app: If you don’t have the Salesforce app on your company mobile device, download it from your device’s app store.
  • Open the app: Tap the Salesforce icon to open the app.

Step 2: Set Your Custom Domain

If this is your first time logging in via the mobile app, you need to set your custom domain.

  • Select ‘Use Custom Domain’: This option is located below the standard login area.
  • Enter the custom domain: Type metrofloors in the Custom Domain field.
  • Verify the full domain address: It should read as follows:
  • Tap ‘Continue’: You will be redirected to the Metrofloors login page.

Step 3: Enter Your Credentials

  • Username: In the username field, enter your Metro username preceded by mhf\.
  • Example: If your Metro username is bsmith, enter mhf\bsmith.
  • Ensure you use a backslash \ and not a forward slash /.
  • Password: Enter the same password you use to log into your computer. Note that you no longer need a separate password for Salesforce.

Step 4: Complete Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MF
A)

  • Once you’ve entered your credentials, you’ll be prompted to complete the Duo MFA process.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions to authenticate and gain access to Salesforce.
