If you were the one that deleted the file or folder, you may be able to restore directly from your recycle bin on your PC.


If you weren't the one that deleted the file or folder, or you can't find it in your recycle bin, it must be restored using the web browser.


For OneDrive:

  1. Open your web browser and go to https://portal.office.com
  2. Log in with your metrofloors.com account if you aren't currently logged in
  3. Select OneDrive on the left
  4. Select Recycle Bin on the left
  5. Check the files you want to restore and choose Restore


For SharePoint:

  1. Open your web browser and go to https://portal.office.com
  2. Log in with your metrofloors.com account if you aren't currently logged in
  3. Select OneDrive on the left, then select the SharePoint site under Quick Access or More Places
  4. Click Go to site on the top right
  5. On the SharePoint site, select Site Contents at the top
  6. Select Recycle Bin on the top right
  7. Check the files you want to restore and choose Restore


Aside from this, Metropolitan IT also runs backups every 30 minutes and can manually restore a file or folder if needed.
