The steps below all reference OneDrive. We primarily access SharePoint using OneDrive shortcuts.
On your company PC or terminal server:
Metropolitan IT configures OneDrive access on your company computer. It can be accessed using File Explorer.
You can quickly get there by right-clicking the blue cloud icon by your clock and choosing Open Folder.
If you're already in File Explorer, you can find your OneDrive access on the top left where it has your name or "OneDrive" followed by " - metrofloors.com"
You can find shortcuts to SharePoint sites within your OneDrive folder.

On the web:
From anywhere in the world, you can use a web browser to log in to https://portal.office.com and access your work files
Select OneDrive on the left and then My Files
On your company phone:
Using the Microsoft 365 app (recently renamed M365 Copilot), you can access all OneDrive and SharePoint data.
Once logged into the app, select the OneDrive icon at the bottom and My files at the top
