1. To start, open the VPN program Sonic Wall. 

2. First, make sure that the VPN is configured:

• Canada configurations:

           'vants.metrohw.com' or 'vpn.metrohw.com' 

• US configurations:

            'seats.metrohw.com' or' seavpn.metrohw.com' 

3. Select your configuration and click 'enable'.

4. Enter your Credentials: Username and Password (Use the same login credentials as those you employ to access your laptop or tablet)

5. You will require Multi-Factor Authentication before you can be connected. 

Authentication with the VPN:

• A Push Notification to a Company Mobile Device 
• A Unique Code generated using a Duo Security Token

6. Once you will be Authenticated you will be connected.
