Our ERP system implements security measures to help protect data and privacy. Anyone who requires access to our ERP has a login and permissions set up to limit their access.

Here at Metrofloors, different departments have access to various programs. Sometimes, two different departments require access to the same program, and we accommodate that. We can also control who has full access versus read-only access.

Our ERP system has a vast number of programs. Over time, we have restricted access to many programs considered sensitive or where only certain departments or roles should have access. For programs where multiple departments need access, we can leave them open, allowing access as long as users can log in to our ERP system.

If you require access to a program, please speak with your manager. Your manager can then submit a request to IT. Once the setup is complete, we will respond to your manager or both of you.
