Should I compose my own Email Signatures in Outlook?
How can I receive the expected email when I see a Mimecast alert for "new held messages" instead?
I receive a suspicious looking email but I know the sender. What do I do?

No, because all Metro emails have automatic Email Signatures attached before they are sent out, using internal information that IT has stored including your Title, Address and so forth.
